The Park Hub is a fabulous community hall attached to the Park Life cafe in Heavitree, Exeter.

The hub is 75 square meters and has triple aspect windows looking out over the beautiful Heavitree Pleasure Ground. The room can accommodate 50 people seated or 70 people standing.

The Hub has direct access to a community garden, a private kitchenette, shared unisex and disabled toilets.

The Hub can be rented out from 8am to 10pm daily.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE RUBBISH IN THE HUB OR CAFE. We have to pay to dispose of our waste and do not have the facility to accept any rubbish from hub bookings. Your deposit will not be returned if any rubbish is left behind.

Rates:

£18/ hour commercial rate

£15/ hour charity rate

£55 party rate (3 hour booking 2 hour party and a 30 minute set up and down) plus a £50 deposit
