Our Park Hub is a fabulous community hall located within the Park Life Community building in Heavitree, Exeter.

The space is 75 square metres and has triple aspect windows looking out over the beautiful Heavitree Pleasure Ground. The room can accommodate 50 people seated or 70 people standing.

Park Hub has direct access to a community garden, a private kitchenette, and shared unisex/ disabled toilets.

Park Hub can be rented out from 8am to 10pm daily.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE RUBBISH IN THE HUB OR CAFE OR USE THE CAFE BINS FOR YOUR RUBBISH. We have to pay to dispose of our waste and therefore do not have the facility to accept any rubbish from hub bookings. Your deposit will not be returned if any rubbish is left behind.

Rates:

£19/ hour commercial rate

£16/ hour charity rate

£60 party rate (3 hour booking 2 hour party and a 30 minute set up and down) plus a £50 deposit
