Park Life Heavitree
We're hiring!!!
We are looking for a fun, hard working and enthusiastic person to join the Park Life Heavitree charity team - as our Charity Administrator.
Hours per week: 10 hours to be worked over the week (Monday to Friday)
Rate of pay: up to £12.21 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract type: Initially a 12 month fixed term contract, however there is a possibility of this being extended based on securing the right funding.
Location: Ideally you will be based at the Park Life Hub and Cafe building - however, there may be times when this is not possible - therefore we are flexible and can allow remote working as and when required.
You will be providing administrative support to the charity and so ideally we are looking for someone who has already gained amazing experience in this area.
Whilst you are working in the Park Life office, you will be a face to face point of contact for public enquiries - therefore it is essential that you are polite, professional and have experience of dealing with members of the public in a friendly manner.
You will need to be highly organised and a strong communicator. You will also need to be capable of working efficiently on your own initiative and as part of a small team. You must therefore be a strong communicator, confident and approachable with a ‘can do’ attitude.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary and the chance to work as part of a welcoming and supportive small team, who are all passionate about supporting and developing the local Heavitree community.
Please read the job description for the exact job details and if you are interested - we’d love to hear from you! Please send your CV and cover letter stating why you think you are the right fit for us to apply@parklifeheavitree.org.uk before the closing date of midnight on Tuesday 15th April 2025.
We can't wait to hear from you!
