We are recruiting for a Chef to join our Park Cafe team.

We are looking to add to our brand new cafe team with the exciting opportunity of becoming the Park Cafe Chef.

£19,500 per annum – 40 hours per week

Working alongside the Cafe Manager, this really is a great opportunity for an experienced and passionate chef to assist with the overall running of the cafe.

You will support the cafe manager in sourcing the best produce to ensure that all food and drink sold on site is locally sourced, seasonal, sustainable and ethical, all whilst providing an excellent customer eating experience.

As this is a new role in a brand new setting, you will have a fantastic chance to really add value to the role, the cafe team and the community spirit of the local area.

Ideally we are looking for someone with excellent experience, who is capable of working under pressure yet remaining calm – but more importantly committed to producing high quality foodand drinks for our local community and beyond!

This role will require evening and weekend work on a rotational shift pattern.

The park is located in Heavitree, if driving by car from the city centre travel along Heavitree Road and onto Fore Street, turning left at Whipton Lane. The park can be reached by foot or bicycle from entrances at Whipton Lane, Roseland Avenue, South Lawn Terrace and Nicholas Avenue.
